Location and directions

Krossá in Bitrufjörður is located about 250 kilometers from Reykjavík, between Staðarskáli and Hólmavík. From Reykjavík you drive the road no. 1 north, to the service station at Staðarskáli in Hrútafjord. Shortly after the service station turn left onto road no. 68 towards Ísafjörður / Hólmavík. In Bitrufjord drive towards Krossárdalur on the road no. 641. The fishing lodge is located about 5 kilometers from the main road nr. 68, opposite the farm Árdalur.
